You can also get new argon cylinders off ebay.
As I said, check you welding supplier on the price of a tank. Should be reasonable.

I paid $50 for a new CO2 tank off ebay. They are cheap. Argon/CO2 bottles of a decent size are about $175 new. I'd get at least 40CF, mine is 125CF and had an 80CF before but upgraded as it was a long drive to go get filled.
