I am just getting setup with using compressed air for the first time.
And I've got some basic questions. I want to use PCL XF connectors (unless anyone can advise better connectors) as they seem to have the widest bore in common circulation.
So my questions is, how do you setup where the male & female connectors are?
Do you go male connectors on hardware (compressor, tools...) and female connector on hoses.
Or do you go with Male, Female, Male Female. So the compressor has female, the hose has both, and the tool has male?
Or is there some other industry practice arrangement? In a way I want to reduce the number of female connectors - because they're much more expensive - by guess is I am going to end up with less hoses than tools.
Thanks for any advice.
