Got a Screwfix flyer through my door this morning offering a twin pack of brushless combi driver and brushless impact driver with two 4AH batteries for £200.
DeWalt DCK2060M2T-SFGB 18V 4.0Ah Li-Ion XR Brushless Cordless Twin Pack | Kits & Twinpacks | Screwfix.com
This seems a bargain when the 4AH batteries are normally £50 each.
But then it also seems a ripoff that the batteries cost that much, when I'd guess(?) that more effort / engineering / cost goes into the actual drills.
(I write this as a dewalt fan, by the way, and I'm sure other manufacturers have similarly odd pricing policies on batteries)
