As slow a speed as you can with stainless. It work hardens like a git - any heat and you're ********.
Something to do with the formation of platelets in the structure, which makes the cutter just slide over the metal, get hot, go blunt.
The rage saws might work but only if they have a super slow speed.
The usual trick with drilling stainless on a pillar drill is select the very slowest speed (depending on the drill dia... but much slower than m/s) and push hard. Never let the cutter/bit slide, or the work hardening sets in.
