I have a 6x4 bandsaw of the normal machine mart type and have just spent 2 days chasing my tail trying to get it to cut straight after a blade change..When i bought it as a used unloved saw i spent time adjusting the rollers and it ended up cutting very accurate..Until i changed the blade and it run out 5mm over a 50mm diameter bar made a note of all the roller and guide positions as a base then tried moving them around including a tighter belt adjustment and messed with the bleeder for 2 days straight...as a last effort i put all the rollers and guides back to base and tried another new blade and biff baff boff as if like magic it cuts perfect again...so my point is as i know these saws are a royal pain in the azz to cut right, don't take it as a given that a new blade is all good if your having problems and cross check with another known good blade
