Latest little job in the garage was to make a wheeled frame for my saw having watched Pask Makes. Using some angle from work, unused castors from my roll cabs and some outdoor ply from a regular seller at the local car boot. Wished I done it years ago!

I realised that the home made roller stand might not adjust to the new saw height so I had a look online for a new one but where's the fun in buying one? I watched an 8" roller on ebay whilst mulling it over and soon received an offer which I accepted. Now I was committed to making one. Using some 40mm box/studding/nuts from work, channel that had been left on the street for scrap and some flat from home stock.

The 'old' roller saw duty on a canoe rack that I made for my Land Rover and before that the roller was used on the front of a cylinder mower.
