Looks ok on the top wheel, blade is partially off on the drive wheel.
What is the width of the blade?

Well, i found one of the bottom guide rollers too tight. adjusted it and it seems to run fine. however by this point i had welded the blade back together 3 times. Currently waiting on a new blade before i see if its solved the issue.
Factory supplied blades are 1/2”/13mm. The tooth set should sit off the wheel as they are solid without a tyre so all the drive is on the blade flat face. I have run a 6tpi raker blade on mine and the set is very close to the wheel.
If possible I’d go finer than that. In an ideal world we’d have 3 teeth in contact with the job minimum. I know it’s not always ideal but in your case the finer the better. I bet you had a few grabs on that blade which probably deformed it’s shape causing it to run offm42 14/18 Vari tooth.
Spends most of its day cutting thin wall stainless tubing.
Yeah it’s 24 I have. I had to ask for it mind as it’s not in the tuff saw quick select options for a 1/2” blade.I use a 24tpi on my 6x4 bandsaw for thin wall stainless, I use 14/18 tpi for everything else. The 24tpi is way smoother on the thin wall stuff just don't use it on anything thick or on aluminum
It was your thread where I got the idea, it works brilliantly, saw is so much smoother now. With the spring I had some weights that I'd put on and remove as the blade progressed through the tube, now it's just switch it on and walk away. Only cost me €25 for a new damper from china and a bit of time to make up some brackets.Lol
Copy cat
(Just kidding)
That’s all I did. China special damper. I’d never trust it on the Zx10r but on the monarch saw it’s spot on.It was your thread where I got the idea, it works brilliantly, saw is so much smoother now. ...
Is it just me or does the search engine on this website make stuff virtually impossible to find?

If it’s not grabbing then no point worrying about it.Ill have to call them about the 24tpi.
Ive never had an issue with snagging with the 14/18 varitooth. Cuts 1.6mm Stainless exhaust Tube and 3mm walled stainless pipe.
