I have several ( approximate size ) nine inch dia black Delrin , one inch thick blanks . Heat the knurled threaded insert if that is how they are mounted to Delrin melting point and press into the finished blank . Deep knurling the edge is easier than milling out the grips

Glue it together. Fill and fare the glued edge. Use it to make a silicone mould. Cast a new one in something. What that might be, I do not know. Maybe black epoxy (but you need a vacuum pot to stop the bubbles).

Could even cast the thing in aluminium, or whatever.
No great problem for me to do that..

Doubt you're going to get an exact replacement.

Elesa do similar without the grips though.

Cut a nice ali or ss disc to fit in the recess and glue it in and back together.

Should be reasonably straight forward as long as I have some means of gripping it.

Not necessarily for you right now, but if a person did want to do this manually, and was going plastic or aluminium, that opens up the wood router cutter world to you and those cutters have a lot more exotic shapes than found in metal cutting tools.

Can you show a picture of the back? If it has a boss, it will help with the gripping as above.

I'd be tempted to cast a replacement in resin.
Reasonably easy to take a mold, then pour in cheapish casting resin.

It can be coloured with oil based artist paint (Windsor + newton from the Range) to match, maybe with a few fiberglass "shreddies" to strengthen.
