I do have some stuff from all of those brands.Dormer, Guhring, OSG, Emuge
Only new taps i would buy.
Older brands are much cheaper and usually just as good:
CEJ, LAL, Dormer,
Not familiar with any italian manufacturers except Emuge which are absolutely top notch production tapsI do have some stuff from all of those brands.
Mostly Dormer and SKF machine taps ,few dies ,a Dormer die stock , a Gühring decimal drills set , various morse to drills .
Something Wexo too .

What about Krino ? It's an Italian brand but I've noticed a tap and dies set which looks like generic Chinese cheapness just sold at double the price

I have few taps and used one the other day to make a brake line blind nut to exclude the broken line on my car.

Believe same thing happened with Dormer under SKF Group , most of the Dormer stuff I have is made in Italyyes german but a lot of manufacturing in italy (cost)
