Hey guys,
I bought a welder a few months ago a Clarke 150te, I have used it several times but only for very small jobs only needing a few dots of weld,
Now I have decided to do a 205 mid engine conversion and need to make a whole rear sub frame and roll cage etc,
any way, I have set about practicing my welding on some scrap but I cant get any good runs, the metal has all been cleaned up and I still get small trickles and blobs of weld,
also I get blobs of weld on the end of the wire so I turned up the wire speed and welded closer but still I get them!,
Here are a few pics so you guys can see what im doing and where im going wrong I hope,
Any advice is much appreciated
