Hi All
I posted on here couple of years ago asking advice on beginner welding, and bought a used clarke151 mig but sadly never got started because of job situation and house move. But i'm in a position now to make a start. Eventually i would like to be able to weld mild steel 25mm box section,25 and 38mm tube/pipe
both being 16 guage also mild steel plate upto about 5/6mm. The mig was sold to a friend last year so i'm looking at buying a new machine not second hand this time.
So again i'm looking for advice on the right welder to start with bearing in mind the size and type of steel i would like to weld.
got about 500 quid to get started that's for the welder and all the accessories.
