Has anyone dealt with BA recently? We had a booking for february, missus got ill so we paid to move the date to november. Week to New York, Flights & Hotel all through BA to the tune of £1500.
Obviously what with corona virus it appears that the State of New York isn't letting anyone from the UK in without quarantining for 14 days.
However, BA haven't cancelled the flight or even sent an email updating us.
What can we do? I'd like to cancel and get a refund but i bet they're not going to want to give out refunds. Even a voucher would do I guess although I'd prefer the £1500 back!
Annoyingly I've also been offered a month's worth of local work during November!
