I need to replace and extend parts of a loom.
I am using the AES site as my guide. I am uncertain if cable length and hence voltage drop, matters very much in these circumstances.
I have 3 circuits:
Indicators and Semaphores - maximum 5 amps per side, maximum cable run 5m. Use 0.5mm2
Fog and Spot lights - maximum 5 amps each, maximum cable run 2m. Use 0.5mm2
Radiator fan - maximum 15 amps, maximum cable run 3m. Use 1.0mm2
Am I missing anything?
Edit to Add:
As the total amount of cable is so small I'm not trying to skimp on a few pennies, but the heavier the cable the more difficult it is to run and I would need to add to my stock of bullets, ferrules etc.
