Thanks for looking this is my Autolynx 160 it has a ploblem of blowing fuses in the plug (13 amp) when you pull the trigger even if not welding anything. Any advice would be much appreciated or even give me a clue where to start to look for the problem.Thanks, Terry.

from whats left of the data plate @ full power it draws 30A that might answer the blowing 13A question

The switch on the torch normally switches the wire feed and turns the welding current on. Unlikely to be the input rating of the welder (though that might cause other issues).
Has it only just started to happen? If so I'd look to the rectifier (2 sheets of aluminium not on the circuit board and a bunch of diodes) to see if one of the diodes has exploded.

Hi Malcolm,only just bought it (ten quid spares or repair) are these diodes in any of the photos. Regards Terry.

I GOT THE SAME WELDER HERE IM AFTER A PIC OV THE BAVK OV THE 3 BOARDS IT WOULD B VERY HELPFULL
got mine as spair n repare when i first got it was constant live to the wire now every thing seems ok but no live to the wire n i dont think me volts are going up when turning the volt button
