So with the jukebox i intend to use the amp for more than just 45s this part ive worked out and will be adding my own wiring to make this possible its a case of finding what needs to be powered to unmute and start the amp from the power supply
But we have a rather decent hifi which as per typical and understandably only has speaker out and headphone out, ive tried the headphone out with headphones and through the rockola amp in both methods the audio sounds compressed not distorted just lack luster
So with this in mind im inclined to use a voltage divider on the speaker output with additional low capacitance capacitor to stop any potential dc from the rockola amp.
**The actual question**
The question after boring you all to death, has anyone bought a decent one or will i be better off diying something.?
**
Ps when i start to make more interesting progress on the jukebox i will start a post, that wont be to far away as im due to remove the mech now its all running and give it a proper strip down ive never had to clean so many switch contacts no suprise discreet logic has replaced relay logic
