Well since changing the front drop links, I've now got an Intermittent ABS fault.
I can only think the hammering action of the impact gun on the wheel nuts or the Drop links has shaken the ABS sensors. I did notice one of the very thin brake shields was a bit twisted, but thought no more of it.
Anyone have any experience with these?
What sort of diagnostics does a mechanic need to rectify this fault? MOT this week so couldn't come at a worse time.
Actual warning message is;
"Stabilisation and ABS fault. See owners manual"
Or something along those lines.
All pads have plenty of meat left on them.
Actually misses did kerb her wheel pretty hard the other day too.
