Put two bolts on the hinge side of the door and drill holes for them in the frame so they sit in the holes when the door is closed. Even if the hinge comes off they can't open that side.

i prefer the security hinges comes with both the bolts and the hinge with them then i add some more bolts as extra security

so to get past those they have to grind the pin then grind the hinge to get to the pin its more door lock side that needs protection on them

It's the damage normally that's more expensive to fix than what they take.

We repair plenty of scooters / motorcycles that get stolen and they would have been better using a big chain through the wheel than the steering lock.

Theives seem to think they are immune from prosecution (if they even get caught)..

I've got two big round bars welded to back of the door, curved so they roll right around the back of the frame against the wall to do the same.

Two 5 lever locks, set right back, so their bolts go behind the frame. Steel door, with a return fold all round, top hat stiffeners across it, sat in an angle iron frame, bolt and fitted with spread plates inside. Keys needed extended several inches to reach the lock.

Still possible to use a grinder, stile saw, but your size 11 boot isn't going to do much, nor is a typical crow bar - so hopefully anyone ignoring the barking dogs to contemplate trying it will move on elsewhere.
