ATCO 3700 hydraulic pipe crimping tool

Hi guys, as per title, I have a ATCO 3700 hydraulic pipe crimping cylinder coupled to a Taurus 10000psi air over hydraulic foot pump and I am missing some dies. I Have lent my kit along the years to various relatives and things got damaged and a few bits missing. Basically I am after a set of dies and/or to repair the ones I have. The dies are made in 3 segments each half and they are held together by some plastic/silicone gel which allows enough movement to crimp around the ferrule and revert back to unloaded shape when pressure is released. I looked online but not found anything suitable...machining is not a problem, I can get the missing bits made but getting themto stay as per the original is the issue. I Have a friend who's wife works in a factory that can vulcanise them for me but it needs a jig making which may not make it worthwhile for a one off job...if anyone has a source of a set of dies cheaper I would appreciate... Thanks!

How about making a wooden mold then use some liquid polyurethane poured around the teeth.

I dont think the jaws are bonded in.
You can buy the rubber bit separately.

The individual jaw segments are available as well so I dont think they are bonded.
I'm not trying it with my good ones but if you have a damaged one try pushing one segment out.

I dont think you are missing any dies either. The spares list is only showing 4 and it looks like they are all there in your photo?
(Actually there are 4 sizes but 2 sets of each for regular or 2-wire hose so 8 total)
I think these crimpers are specifically for use with the beadlock ferrules on air-con pipes and there are only 4 sizes of those available anyway

Hi, thanks for taking the time to answer, however the pictures are not mine, they are for reference only! I have one complete die and 3 are incomplete...hence why I need to have a few bits done.. Thank you!
