ASUS Laptop charger a18-p150p1a

Trying to find a laptop charger for my grandsons laptop.

The charger is this one. And has a 6mm x 3.3 plug measured (but it seems like it's probably 3.7 as I can't even see a 3.3)
Problem is they all seem to be compatibles from China. And I need it ASAP.

Any suggestions?

2 of those are the wrong size plug. I think they are all non genuine.
This is the problem.i am having.

Well it's got the right plug. But I can't call them to see if I can pay for next day delivery.
It's also not genuine as the genuine one for the laptop my grandson has is one with sharp corners not round.

I am finding the same everywhere I turn. The only genuine ones seem to come from.china direct

Does it have to be genuine? Any 20V 7.5A charger will do, the smart stuff is in the laptop. Unless it's some Dell's etc., which have more than one pin.

genuine is better than cheapy china as what the ratings they put on them normaly is way out

eg a 120w one might realy be a 90w the laptop wont see that and will still take the 120w that in turn will make the charger hot when in use and in rare times cause a fire

They do actually do decent gear but it's made to a spec and paid for to that spec.
But yes the gear that they post out to us is not likely to be genuine or as good.

I don't think you will find a genuine one unless you go direct to Asus or a seller of Asus. Even then I am not sure they would have the exact model.

I had to replace one ...I think I got a genuine replacement on ebay....was a few years ago but there was someone on there selling the chargers off....wasn't too much dough.

I'll check which one I have.

Had a look....sorry mine was a Samsung....but I have a box of old laptop chargers in the loft so can have a look if you still can't find anything that works.
