Just to clarify what controls it has as it's not a make I've heard of. MCB - is a minature circuit breaker, they replace the fuses in modern consumer units (distribution boards). RCD - is a residual current device, it trips out if there's a leak to earth somewhere, I assume you have them in the USA.
