They were talking about a problem with the toilet that they managed to fix, but I’m sure they don’t have space for a cubicle so how do they manage privacy with one of the crew being female?

I could clear that area in seconds, the rest of the crew would be on their knees, begging for a quick death.

The easy option would be to fit an outside toilet, no need for expensive plumbing, just become space waste. Just imagine hitting a turd at 25,000 mph & getting that on the windscreen though.
