aristotig 250 ac/dc problem

It looks like the very first hardware design of EWM AcDc inverter.

It is from a L-TEC 250i that I understand should have identical circuits the ESAB Aristotig DTM250. It works perfect when I run it in DCmode but not in ACmode and thats the only time the two STM-14 cards are used, correct? Do you know where, if at all I can find a spare?
