Argon Hose

I have a load of Blue and Red Oxy/Acet hose lying around, from my gas days

Is there any issues making up my regulator to TIG welder hose section with the oxy hose ???

Not in a public / industrial environment only welding at home...

I know it's the wrong colour and not best practice and any advice given is down to my own responsibility.

Whan I went to Airgas and wanted 40' of hose for my argon gas setup, they gave me green O/A hose.

Should be fine.

I got 30ft of blue and with my bottles tied into the back of the garage in my Old Oxy/Acet rack I want to be able to move the TIG around alot.

Would have been a shame to waste the hoes.

Make sure the hoses are in good nick, they get old pretty quick! Though Argon isn't toxic it can still suffocate you inside a standard garage.
