Argon for TiG Welding

I've been messing around with stick welding and MiG (as a hobbyist) for quite a few years now (mostly for 7.25" trains and repairing the car/van fleet!).

I've recently bought a nice TiG set, so I can have a play with TiG, but whilst it came with a regulator, it didn't come with any gas. I know that none of my gas for the MiG is suitable and I don't really want to pay out a huge sum on an argon bottle in case I don't get on with it.

Any suggestions for where I can get a cheap bottle of argon, so I can play with my TiG?

You could also maybe look at the Hobbyweld stuff - the bottles are only ten litres so are good for small jobs / tinkering, and they don't charge rent, although there is a deposit on the bottles.

Adams gas do rent free 9L bottles but first bottle is pricey, 100 odd quid i think and refills aren't cheap either
