Got a 10L argon bottle, the pressure gauge has gone down to zero from 137 bar as I' have been using it. It's been on zero for a while now and is still going, should it not have run out if the bottle pressure is showing zero ? Gauge is fine, checked it on another bottle.

Gauges are not that accurate, especially at lower pressures, mines the same its been reading empty for a few days now but still keeps pushing out gas, if you're doing something important it might be best to swap it for a full one, otherwise just run it out.

As Paul says the gauges on the majority of regulators are not 100% accurate.
It is impossible to completely empty the majority of cylinders with a "standard" regulator. When the gas stops flowing there is actually still positive pressure inside the cylinder and yet the regulator gauges will probably have been reading zero for a while
