Argon 5 C02 Mix with Oxygen

I have been trying to sourse some low rent Argon for TIG welding, my local supplier has offered me a mix Gas they call argon 5. I think this has c02 and 5 percent oxygen. Would someone confirm this is no good for TIG but may be ok for Mig.

I think That I require pure argon for TIG
