However it looks like it might have been a special one off or a sunday thing, I couldnt see the before 1pm delivery on any searches today.

It is not, some searches late yesterday showed the pre-1pm delivery option.

Anything that is a value less gift seems to go through ok.

The IOSS scheme (that I have to pay a Swedish company for) works for lower value goods.

But anything of value, and you get this kind of mess.

Goods are now being returned to me.

Client is going to come over by train at the weekend to pick them up in person.

The price of, well, I'm not sure really what the gain was.... At least the NHS is getting the £350 million a week now.
