Cipher overwrites all free space with 1's then 0's then random
Pretty much impossible to recover anything after that.
Interesting. That's a command that I've not across before. But according to this post, whilst it does delete a significant proportion of empty space, there are potentially still large chunks of recoverable data that may be associated with MFT blocks and shadow volumes.
