After retirement you won't know how you found time to work.I just bought one last year, a wee fletcher with a 75HP, its a rapid wee thing and great fun, but let’s face it you’re not going to sit in it with your feet up drinking a G and T
I’d like to get something bigger that you could stay in for a weekend but just with the speedboat I’ve come to the realisation that in the UK trying to get the stars to align as in getting days off during a weekend and when the weather is good is not as easy as it might sound so it could end up sitting for weeks not getting used, I could maintain it and store it over the winter but in order to justify the summer berth costs it would have to be something which is used often.
Maybe after retirement!
