Anything cheaper than Dinitrol?

Dinitrol has been great, the stuff in the rattle cans (3125 Hs) is really thick and tough. But it's £13 a can and doesn't last long. The bulk stuff (3125) is rubbish in comparison, but low cost.

Before I go and spend another £60 on Dinitrol rattle cans, anyone have a cheaper alternative that's just as good? It's to do the cavities on my chassis.

I have bought some Bilt Hamber stuff based on reviews and recommendations on forums. Haven't used it yet. Not sure it is any cheaper than Dinitrol though.

Trouble is the Dinitrol 3125 high solids stuff really doesnt go on well with a Schutz / underseal gun whereas in aerosol form its quite good.

I have a few cans of it that I cant use at the moment and must try improvising a nozzle for the gun to try to control it better

(edit) I was lucky to have plenty of this http://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/collision-repair-us/cavity-wax-plus/ at one time and it was very much better to use than the Dinitrol and so far seems to have worked perfectly ( five years on )

I've got the bulk stuff, it's not as good. I've figured out that the HS in 3125 HS means "high solids" and that's the good thick stuff. It only comes in rattle cans or 1 litre bottles.

My neighbour swears by a schultz gun for such things, can you not thin it so it will spray, like waxoil can be thinned, the thinners then evaporates leaving a good coating

Its basically too thin.. comes out in a torrent that is almost uncontrollable ( and I'm not a novice at such stuff )

I've sprayed Dinitrol with a Schults gun, it does come out fast, controllable though. Leaving the tin open allows the volatiles to vent and stiffen up. I've also tried a parafin gun; that just clogged up
