Anyone use Temu ?

Since we're talking about AliExpress too
Most of our carbides at the machine shop came from AliExpress
They don't last as long as sandvik etc but they get the job done cheaply, and if you use them properly they work great.
I've got tons of stuff from AliExpress, carburetors, diaphragms, you name it.
Airsoft stuff, fishing stuff, recently I've got a Makita cordless die grinder clone from there.

On this side might look fine to an untrained eye (no filters on the cooling ports)

Thanks for the replies guys. I have had an offer for a 450 Kg engine stand delivered for £15

The frame might be as thick as a razor blade, but I will see, as I have now ordered it. If it turns out to be carp, it will not be a surprise. TBH, I was more concerned about giving them me card details.

I've spent a fair amount on Temu in the last couple of years:

I got a set of four suspension globes for the land cruiser for <£400 delivered
Dealer price was £600. EACH.
Steering rack was £150, rather than at least double that everywhere else.

Umpteen boxes of hardware, at least 150kgs of 3d printer filament.

Solar controller, smart home components, lithium batteries.

Probably 3-4K all together, if not more

Only had one problem, and that was an out and out "brick in a box" scammer.
Reported, and same day refund.


Temu is my first port of call when I'm looking to buy something, AliExpress second with eBay 3rd.
