Anyone use hobbyweld gasses ..?

autohome near me...
their bottles are rent free
they do a trimix, argon,co2,oxygen
for welding body work and welds up to 7mm...

I did once, until I could handle the bigger BOC bottles. HobbyWeld is horrendously expensive against BOC on the VolksZone offer.

That was what reminded me of the LDV, that first photo I posted is filler over accident damage.

Back on topic, Hobbyweld is cheaper than disposables and depends on low usage with correct setup to be cost effective. Regular use is the killer and that's where the BOC Volkzone deals start to come into their own.

i have a friend with an empty argon bottle,

poss boc ..i need to check

although im thinking of getting the hobby weld tri mix .. there just a couple of miles from me ...

If he has a BOC Argon bottle and no account then it was somebody else's bottle.

BOC will deliver but I think it is a two day service. The bottles are ordered from the Midlands and delivered from the same vehicle the following day.

Taxis will transport the bottles, well they do here.

I did have a calculation on all suppliers but have no idea where it is.

did you just call the local depot and set up an account ... i assume you mentioned the volkzone discount ..
