Anyone use a slide rule???

When we got married we found we had matching Thornton slide rules. Still have them but not sure either of us can use them any more

Shall we play with our slide rules this evening love…… whatever turns you on!

I'm going to search for my drawing instruments and start a new thread. I recall the tears in my other brother-in-law's eyes when he finally skipped the drawing board he rescued from British Steel.

Ive still got most of my drawing instuments, but I had a proper board, I bought used some years ago. Just took up so much space, was a nice one, but had to go. Always seemed to be in the way, sold it to a local artist so its actually getting used.
