I've got some textured paint to get rid of so I can get back to plaster. It's not artex, more an emulsion. I've so far attacked it with a steamer and scraper (works but very slow), a sander (ust gets clogged and polishes). I'm tempted to bash it off with a scabbler then re-skim the walls.
Anyone tried a concrete scabbler on walls? Also anyone have any experience of the cheap ones you can get for about £120?
Or any other ideas?
