Americans use them a lot, especially knife makers. I haven't used that particular one but I prefer linishers to grinders.

No mate. I dont have the room or the cash but i was offered it. A mate of mine buys and sells. Mainly vapour blasters but if he gets something he has not seen before or he thinks i might like he sends me a photo.
I have seen long home built belt sanders but this looked commercial.
Not sure mate...there not mine and not something i would buy at that size..Is the red unit next to the blue a bigger onelooks like you found all your Xmases in one go

I would think so. That looks at least as long as a Wadkin BGA or GZ belt, and they're huge.

KMG do grinders in different sizes and belts are available for them. You can get belts made in whatever size you need if you order enough.
