Not the logo, but the machine looks like a 3-in-1 lathe/mill combo. They are very generic, differing only in paint colour. Clarke sell one, as do Chester. People on here have owned them in the past and there are threads here discussing them if you need info.
Well you could arrange the letters to be Tao, a good Dutch Irish name that could hint at its origins…a bit like Naerok did by spelling the name backwards
I find it hard to think that a company would go to the bother of designing and manufacturing a machine and then top it off with their logo on a sticker...
In light of the above, I would suggest the logo to be somewhat irrelevant (just rebadging) and it's the manufacturer that would be of real interest.
Of course, I could be entirely incorrect. Just I find the logic of being able to build a whole machine but not a proper name plate hard to grasp.
Dealer sticker, there's an AT Engineering Supplies in Preston, I think they mostly do small tools and fasteners these days but maybe a few years ago they did bigger stuff? Although most of these mill/drill/lathe combos were generic, their style of control knobs etc were frequently different perhaps a Google search might find one with the same style as yours?
