I never understand people that list things with a 99p start bid & no reserve! I always have a starting bid with the minimum I would take. Strange/stupid folk

Maybe those strange/stupid folk just want something not to go to landfill. The tiny financial hurdle keeps the graspers away.

I list stuff on Ebay for that reason. I'm happy not to make a loss and know that it's probably gone to someone who wants it rather than wanting it because it's free. If they can sell it on for a profit then good luck to them.

My most strenuous day was November last year with 4158 steps.

I don't remember it though - either I've blocked it out, or I was on life-support, and it got forgotten at that point!

I can hardly believe it, but I know Wozz ain't making it up, too!

I'm quite frankly alarmed at the fitness of some folk!

That I'd agree with. I learned in the early days of Ebay and adjusted my listing habits. I've also offered more when I've scored a real 1 bid bargain and nobody has yet asked for more.

The "record-breaking" number of steps just off screen is my biggest weekly average in about a year!

I'm in agony, too!
I'd be dead by 9am, if I had to do what you probably do most days!

I defy any man in this forum to have done more than that - possibly ever!

In my defense, I am getting on a bit!
