Got this I need to replicate,



I imagine it's a standard fitting that's been modified, The center hex is 12mm a/f
Looking at the first photo,
Left side seems to be a 7/16"-20 thread.
Bore is 4.98mm.
That would be about right for a brake line fitting for 3/16" pipe.
Right hand side seems to be M12×1.5mm thread.
I'm guessing this end has been machined off to create the flat end although maybe not as there are no machine marks on it.
Now, the odd bit, the right/flat end has been drilled & tapped to m5.
So the hole on that end must have been 4mm or so to start with.
Anyone recognise it?
