I think they stopped them several years ago, certainly I haven't seen one in about 5 years.

I’ve had emails from them recently with discount codes for stuff like welding sets….but no vat free cards/vouchers etc….

simple answer no, The new catalogue has only been out a week or two, So they wouldn't put a VAT free voucher out just yet. Price crashes are still going though, and they vary between the different products. Unfortunately, I don't get to see which ones are on in advance, so I can't give anyone the heads up.
