I have some ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, which is nice and dense.
Biggest pieces are from a 4 inch thick sheet so I could cut and turn a piece to size if you want to experiment with it.

If you want to try it just give me the size you need and I'll pop a bit in the post.

I have beer tokens, and am also very good at making things out of leather.

Also you can change a hit of a hammer by pa kings a d weights in different places the lower to the handel the less impact it will give

MIddle above handle equal weight top would give a different impact

It looks like our frying pan handle and some threaded bar would make most of it with a couple of dome nuts and some drilled round bar for the striking part. A nylon bossing mallet would do the job, you can get them in different sizes.

Lead on the brain as ive been tripping over flashing all week.

More danger of tripping over your long raincoat when you're out flashing I think
