Anybody willing/able to cut and bend 4 plates

Is anyone able to cut/ bend 4 pieces of steel, ideally 2.5 or 3mm? 2 as per the attached image and 2 mirror Image.
Hope the picture makes sense!
Happy to pay post /time / materials
