Anybody come across clips like these & where to buy them?

Hi All,
I'm in need of some Spring clips (or other suggestion which performs same function) as per attached photo, a sort of a terry tool clip crossed with an over centre clip to suit 20mm OD pipe. I've seen them around but wouldn't have a clue what they're called.

Hi, yes already been through the clips on eBay, the "locking" feature of the clip drawn is the part I need. I need to remove the clip from time to time but it must be secure in use.

I like the look of these, just what I need. Problem is first link seems to be to the manafacturer, unfortunately I only need three not a thousand. Second link more promising & each unit competively priced but I fear the postage would be expensive. If there's a supplier in the Uk definitely a goer. The lockable plastic conduit clips are bit of a non starter as they need a screwdriver to release them & don't think plastic would stand up the use I'd put them too.

Thanks for all the excellent suggestions. The most suitable are a bit more than I was wanting to pay & the cheaper items don't quite fit the brief. May have to fabricate something to keep the costs down.
