As title, if so I would like to pick someones brain, preferably by PM due to the nature of the subject - nothing sinister, just can't have the subject all over the internet at present.

Should add for clarity, I'm meaning more plastic welding in a production line sense, ie. Joining two components together, time after time after time, rather than oddball one off welding jobs carried out by hand.

All hot gas in my life but have seen and looked into other types.

Think we're at a miss understanding. I want an expert opinion on weld failure on an existing item.

You could ask TWI I do not know if you would need to join up or not, but they may be able to point you in a better direction.
