Sounds like it will barely break a sweat thenWe fold mainly sheeting for finishing round windows and doors etc. on industrial buildings mainly 0.7mm 1mm so not heavy work.
The old press was a twin ram job with a very expensive computer control and valve assembly gave us to much trouble, the new units brain is £500 no rams a screw adjusts the blade for material thickness and bend angle, you can put in offset to get the exact angle if a problem, 150 ton bit overkill had a lot of problems keeping the top tool parallel on old unit
We do bend thicker 6/8mm some times
