Any one got a pipe bender big enough to do this.

The local motorway has had the overhead signs for information installed, the pipe must be 400mm round (difficult to guage when driving by a 70mph, even more difficult to use the camera phone when driving as well). It must be on serious bit of kit to bend 400mm pipe not the sort of thing sold in machine mart thats for sure.

We usually get stuff in from Barnshaws that we cant do oursleves.

There is something like that near birmingham on the M6, some massive tube like things... but i can only hope they were formed like that and not bent lol

Many moons ago I had to go into Barnshaws in... Oldbury?... to pick up some urgently needed flanges, and I was gobsmacked by what was going on in there. They had BIG rollers, making BIG bends/ radii etc. Them're the boys.

Must be 22+ years ago...

The signs are kind of something you dont take notice of and just ignore, but having seen it, seen the size of the tube, you think to yourself that must be one hell of a bending machine to do it.

I've never seen tube that big radiused, but i've had universal beams radiused. The whole floor of the shop is covered in rollers and massive hydraulic arms, it's like a big ring roller on it's side. Might be picking some stuff up from there is a couple of weeks, will get some pictures if i can

They must be bending 1000dia+ tube
