Any information on Gen Weld welder generator

there are a few on here that might have an idea

I remember looking at one of these (a Gen Weld) a couple of years back, are they part Genset group, or thats what information I gathered, I cant be 100% sure though but in todays world maybe they are trying to look like Genset??

Thank you, we did wonder if the had been taken over by another company. We just want to find out who so if any spare parts are needed we know where to go.
