Any info on MOSA gas powered compact welder

Not sure where to post this question, but here goes. nfinch86 and weldingartisan conversed about the above welder. I can't find any manual info in there posts. Can anyone help? I could really use a manual and info on the Output DC socket...DC 110V ... what would a single cable of DC 110 feed?
I got this unit from my brother who is now deceased and he had no manual with the machine. Any help would be appreciated.

The 110v supply is probably designed to power small powertools, like 5" grinders etc.
Not sure on the Canadian electricity setup, but here in the UK, we use 240v in domestic situations, but for powertools etc used on site, they are generally ran from a step down transformer, running at 110v.
