Or you could simply tell us what the cranking voltage is, before I lose interest in trying to help.

Im not able to check cranking voltage at the moment as ive had to take the other car, as I dont want to get stuck. But I'll have a look tomorrow.

Ah, citroen electrics... My berlingo regularly lost its dashboard. I tested everything I could find and found nothing. Eventually had an auto electrician pull everything apart. He too found nothing, put it all back together and it worked. For a few months...

The Renault 25 and 21 were famous for dry solder joints on their electronic dashboards... take it apart, put back together, it'd work. Slam a door, off went the dash.

Arn't electronics wonderful ? you can get a shock enough to kill you from a bit of dampness
or get awrong reading from something as small as induced voltage in two wires running parallel or capacitance but try to get a connection through a perfectly made clean connector that seems tight and good and you have a problem!!!
and now if the wires are put in by someone speaking French its even worse !!
