That's quite cool to know as I was wondering what to do with the one I have, I know it's 100 plus years old in the smithy here on the farm along with the old huge leather bellows that still work but I have no idea if there worth anything at all
Good anvils, as opposed to ones that have had all hell bashed out of them and are only any use as garden ornaments, are worth at least £100 and usually far more, especially the larger ones. Of course, being in northern scotland is going to affect the price pretty badly, I can't see any couriers fighting for the privelige of transporting it!
