Depends on the temperature? Bloom happens when the evaporating solvent takes too much heat out of the paint, allowing moisture to condence on it and bloom. Anti bloom works by evaporating slower.
If you can keep temperature 20c+ I'd assume its not needed and gloss probably give better result.
I will be painting in a double garage and have sectioned off part of it with polythene sheet. I have a couple of electric blower fans I can use to heat up the makeshift booth but I would have to test it to see if I can get it to 20 degrees..

I did a similar make shift garage booth setup...we used twin electric bathroom heaters to warm the 30 sq m garage and that was plenty. Originally we decided to also use an IR heater on the panels too....but the blowers were more than enough.
Our results straight out the gun were really amazing which we think was down to the thinners....if you are interested I'll try to find the brand that we used.
Just to add to this watch for the relative humidity in the room, i have one of those cheap weather stations off amazon, good to keep an eye on temp and RH I aim for 20+ degrees and i think more importantly is an RH under 75%
